Our Story
Forward2050 was founded with a vision for a more just and inclusive future — one that reflects the nation’s emerging majority by 2050. Co-Founders Dyana Delfín Polk and M.C. David met almost a decade ago and have since worked on dozens of winning, cross-sector campaigns centered on equity, civic engagement, and community power.
Compelled by love of all people and an enduring faith in the promise of our emerging majority, Forward2050 was born—a company rooted in a bold vision for the future, a future that is stronger, more equitable and more resilient.
Forward2050 is proudly led by people of color and immigrants whose work is guided by cultural humility, strategic collaboration, and a belief in the power of people and mission-driven organizations to drive lasting change.
